Happy Birthday, Louis Oppenheim.
Born 137 years ago today, the German graphic artist and painter Louis Oppenheim is mainly known for his poster work during the 1910s and 1920s. He created famous product posters in the typical Berlin poster style and was commissioned by clients such as S. Adam, AEG and Persil. Oppenheim died in 1936. The poster is part of our auction on May 7.
